ABOUT CLAIRE WILLIAMS
A highly motivated senior finance professional with >20 years technical experience combined with the ability to manage teams and multiple responsibilities within budgets and deadlines. I have a keen interest in the role sustainable finance can play in driving positive social and environmental change. My values driven approach led me to specialise and work with Charities, Social Enterprises and SMEs for the last 12 years supporting organisations with financial management, project finance and strategic advice, most recently with the Bristol based charity Frank Water.Before this, I worked as a Senior Manager for Smith & Williamson\'s Assurance and Business Services team in Bristol. My portfolio of clients ranged from SMEs and owner-managed businesses to full/AIM listed international groups - across a wide range of industries (turnover < £100m). I also support charity and social enterprise governance through my Trustee and NED roles. I love the natural world and am a champion for workplace wellbeing.
