As the Director of Growth and Strategic Development for MTMPRO, I play a key role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer engagement in the textile and retail technology space. In addition to business development, I create and execute marketing strategies, developing content for social media, email campaigns, and video demos to boost engagement and brand visibility. I also conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and industry trends, ensuring our sales and marketing efforts are data-driven and effective. Representing the company at national and international trade shows, I deliver product demonstrations, establish relationships with industry leaders, and drive business expansion. Additionally, I oversee client onboarding, provide training and support, and ensure a seamless experience with our platform. Beyond these core responsibilities, I lead special projects, including new market development and manufacturer partnerships, to support the company’s long-term success.
