ABOUT CLAIRE WEEKS
I am a specialist family solicitor dealing predominantly with privately funded Divorce and Financial Remedies as well as matters relating to children. I also have a range of experience in other areas of family law such as cohabitation, separation, drafting of peripheral documents such as declarations of trust, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, parenting plans as well as a range of other documentation that may become necessary. I am currently a consultant solicitor working with a couple of different law firms and I have a particular interest in helping those who want to attend Court in person to do so effectively in order to ensure that they can both keep their costs down whilst ensuring that they can achieve the outcomes they desire and seeking to help them to not make costly mistakes in the process.
