H3AT ProjectResponsible for the day-to-day management of all project controls functions within H3AT and ensuring that the project status is communicated accurately and clearly up to Project Board and the Executive Team.Writing a suite of Project Control Procedures and Guidance documents for the entire H3AT as well as creating templates for reporting both up to management and out to the wider team for time and resource management. Reviewing Contractor plans prior to acceptance on NEC awarded contracts to ensure that all scope is covered, is being delivered with priorities agreed by the H3AT clearly reflected, that the schedule quality is checked and supporting basis of schedule submitted. I have held workshops with the technical responsible officers on the benefits of project controls, how they will help deliver their work packages and what ‘good’ looks like when building their project plans. The engagement after these sessions improved greatly and is reflected in the outputs from their plans.
