A bit about me, my personal development journey, my career to date and key skills.I\'m educated to MBA level, a qualified lead auditor specialising in operational, human resource, change and project management, with the capability to translate learning and extensive experience in national roles in heavily regulated, multi-site and often complex operating environments to add value in any organisation. I\'m an experienced change and projects manager who has been responsible for successfully delivering multiple strategic, large scale operational and tactical projects. My career journey and experience has been developed operating nationally in complex and diverse organisations to manage and deliver change projects and initiatives that are fully aligned to strategic direction and the desired customer experience, to time, cost and quality standards, within regulatory, legislative and policy parameters. I\'m commercially astute and focused on applying learning, knowledge, skills with experience in project, operational and commercial contract environments, to ensure control and effective management of budgets, using insight on spend to identify opportunities and re-model business processes and deliver efficiencies. I have the capability and energy to deliver at pace and translate complex data to design and re- engineer processes to mitigate significant commercial, regulatory and legislative risk in operational and health and safety compliance contexts. I\'m extremely passionate about customer service excellence, experienced in using customer insight to identify improvement opportunities, design people and system enabled processes and reporting to continually improve and achieve operational excellence. I have significant experience of managing and developing teams and individuals to achieve great outcomes, operational and customer service excellence refined in OD, HR, HRD, change, project and operational line management roles, demonstrated through colleague career progression.
