Support 3 Regional Directors across the Northwest, Northern Ireland and Midlands. Partnering with Regional Directors to increase employee engagement, coach and deliver leadership workshops for the leaders within the practices and support on any colleague relation queries ranging from absence to business restructures• Provide guidance on engagement, talent management, career development, succession planning and leadership development• Analyse data to build strategic plans, educating leaders• Execute the people strategy with regional directors and HR team• Coach and develop leadership teams to drive engagement and build high-performance teams• Lead on business restructures and ensuring all processes are completed in full• Work closely with the Employee Relations team and support where necessary• Support SHRBP’s in developing people strategy and deputise at Area meetings• Lead strategic HR projects and support implementation of new systems and processes• Continuously review and improve HR processes• Promote EDI, attending monthly meetings and driving the strategic pillar across the company• Compile monthly reports using HR analytics to support business decisions for regional directors along with KPI’s• Drive performance management across the regions, utilising 360 and PDP’s• Support overall people strategy for the company, identifying opportunities for improvement
