With nearly 20 years experience in the sports sector, I remain passionate and committed to ensuring sport and physical activity is recognised and utilised to bring about positive change in both individuals lives and of their communities. Tackling inequalities in sport and physical activity is a huge challenge and one that I have been actively involved in for some years, influencing whole system change and developing innovative partnerships to break down barriers and improve access for all. I have worked at local and national level in senior leadership roles influencing and developing policy & strategy, building and executing high level value-creating partnerships linking in with education, health, community and wider agendas to advocate and maximise the power of sport.
