ABOUT CLAIRE SHYU
PhD-trained neuroscientist with clinical research experience in hospital-based CNS trials, specializing in chronic pain and addiction. I bring a strong foundation in clinical evidence interpretation, neuroimaging biomarkers (PET/MRS), and translational research within publicly funded healthcare systems.I have a particular interest in Medical Communications, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, where my strengths lie in synthesizing complex data, communicating scientific insights clearly, and supporting evidence-based decision-making across stakeholders. My work is grounded in real-world clinical experience and an understanding of how data informs practice, policy, and access.Outside my research work, I’m passionate about health policy and equitable access of mental health care and education.
