I am an ambitious individual on a mission to utilise my skills and experience as a leader, finance specialist, project manager, LEAN practitioner and shared services/Global Business Solutions (GBS) expert to help organisations reach their potential. I am primarily interested in guiding and motivating people through change by empowering them to continually improve the way they work bringing value to the business.Specialisms include: Strategic Development, Leadership & Coaching, Project Management, Communication & Collaboration, LEAN.Using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, I recognise as ISTJ where our strengths are perseverance, planning, detail orientation and loyalty. We value predictability, use our past experience to guide us and trust proven methods. We are hardworking, logical, have meticulous attention to detail and work systematically.My Insights Discovery personality profile is “The Supporter” (Green), where my conscious and unconscious bias are aligned. We are recognised as the introvert feeler, good listeners, loyal to the team and like working in groups.
