Founder of Haus of Growth (Coaching & Women\'s Health)| Director at Claire Rose Consultancy I work with organisations to address one of the most overlooked, and business-critical workforce challenges: menopause in the workplace.Through my background in coaching and psychology, I began noticing a clear pattern in women aged 40–55 seeking career change. What initially looked like ambition and progression was often something else entirely - capable, experienced women stepping back or questioning their careers because they suddenly felt they could no longer cope.This insight led me to design and run a menopause workplace pilot, working 1-to-1 with women across sectors and seniority levels. What quickly became clear is that this is not an individual issue - it is systemic. Regardless of role, industry, or whether a company has a menopause policy in place, many women are experiencing increased anxiety, reduced confidence, cognitive overload, and fear of visibility at work.Policies alone are not enough. Culture, leadership capability, and day-to-day management behaviours are where the real impact sits.I now work with organisations to:Support women navigating menopause through confidential 1-to-1 coachingEquip managers (particularly in male-dominated environments) with the understanding and practical tools to respond appropriatelyReduce organisational risk linked to sex and age discriminationRetain experienced talent and protect leadership pipelinesMy work is focused on practical, measurable outcomes for both people and businesses and it exists because I’ve seen what’s really happening on the ground.Claire 🧡Socials:@_hausofgrowth
