I provide strategic HR expertise within the UK\'s largest public service department.Specialising in employment tribunal and ACAS early conciliation cases, I work closely with legal teams to defend the department\'s position while ensuring fair and pragmatic dispute resolution. I also lead discussions and manage SPOCs, advising senior stakeholders on complex people management issues, and offering guidance on employment law compliance, policy application and employee relations.Working across multiple business areas, I manage cases by providing either ad-hoc advice or end-to-end support, from initial complaint through to conclusion in the form of final hearing or settlement. Throughout my work, I liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel and ACAS.
