ABOUT CLAIRE POWELL
I lead our Learning Implementation & Reporting teams - bringing together our L&D Programmes Implementation team, Regulatory Reporting & Inspections teams, and PQ team. My background is as a business change consultant with experience in change management, learning, culture, behaviour and employee engagement. I have a MSc in Occupational Psychology, with a BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing Level A and Level B. I am really passionate about mental health, well-being and the importance of people being able to work flexibly around their commitments outside of work.
