Claire is a Partner in the Family team. She has a broad geographical practice. Her clients, who are based nationally and internationally, include company directors and professionals from all industries such as agriculture, manufacturing, private service, construction, education, public service, health, maritime and their spouses. Claire has considerable expertise when dealing with issues relating to the breakdown of a relationship and has a particular aptitude for resolving financial settlements often featuring property, business interests, pensions, overseas assets, inherited wealth and trusts.Claire provides support and guidance for parents and other family members involved in negotiating children’s living arrangements and financial provision for children at all court levels.
