My role involves personally coaching, developing and managing the recruitment team. A key element of my role is to lead by example and motivate the team, to ensure we achieve individual and team targets, whilst also managing my own targets I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all hiring managers to fully understand and fulfil their needs in recruiting the right individual for the role.
