About Claire Odell

One of my most vivid memories from childhood* is the day I started to wonder: How would it feel to be someone else? How would you look at the world? These questions captured my imagination and have led to a lifelong curiosity about what makes us tick as individuals, groups, and communities. Through my work in communications, marketing, and leadership my curiosity about people and perspectives has become a career focused on building great teams and cultures.Communications Professional | Bottom line – I love getting to know people and teams. For me, this is the foundation of communication – a genuine curiosity about the other person’s perspective and goals. Our work focused on turning engineering brilliance into customer-centric content and communications. What I loved about it? Finding ways to connect across industries and continents. No two days were ever the same.In my time away from the office, I pursue my other lifelong passion: horses. I ride each week, doing (somewhat mediocre) dressage and loving every minute of it! Horse-human relationships have taught me about balance between leading and following.
