I joined WorldStrides Canada in 2019 and have continued to grow my career with the company through one of the most challenging and disruptive periods in the travel industry.I maintained my role throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, when global travel came to a near standstill and teams were significantly reduced. Since then, I have continually adapted my approach to navigate an industry that remains in recovery, responding to ongoing disruption, evolving client needs, and changing business models.My primary focus is on overnight international group travel for Canadian high schools, supporting educators and administrators with complex planning, risk management, and long-term program development. In addition to this core market, I manage a smaller but diverse portfolio that includes adult travel programs, music and performance groups, and cadet travel.Through strong relationship management, strategic planning, and consistent performance in a recovering market, I have achieved Platinum Club recognition for two consecutive years since the pandemic. I continue to contribute to the growth and stability of the business by building trusted partnerships, adapting to market realities, and delivering high-quality group travel solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry.
