Onboarding External Quality Assurer (EQA), for all sectors across the NOCN Group\'s Product portfolio for Regulated and Non-Regulated qualifications.Supporting training centres to broaden their qualification offerings to learners whilst ensuring regulatory compliance.Leading the application approval process for centres wanting to offer qualifications and assured courses through NOCN, I work very closely with the other members of our dedicated Onboarding Team.As part of the approval process, I meet with centres to discuss NOCN requirements for becoming an approved centre, offering tailored support and ensuring the onboarding process meets each centre\'s specific needs. Evaluating what centres already have in place, identifying any gaps and offering information, advice and guidance, ensures centres are set up for success from the very beginning. I\'m able to significantly contribute to the ongoing achievement of our team\'s SLA, whilst delivering added value to centres onboarding, thanks to having a dedicated team, support and resource in place.I\'m able to support centres through a critical stage of their journey with NOCN Group and also demonstrates the value of a specialised customer service role in education and quality assurance. My aim is to combine technical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping others succeed, to ensure a smooth onboarding with NOCN and hopefully open up more opportunities for centres to engage with additional qualification delivery further down the line.
