We are a small team so my role as CEO means I get stuck in with every aspect of our charities development whilst designing, delivering and evolving the charities strategic direction and activity.My role involves designing and implementing campaigns and communications strategy, managing and building partnerships, organising beach cleans and fundraising events, speaking and workshops, volunteer coordination and auditing businesses and events. I even wrote and produced our first film. All this made possible by the most amazing, passionate and dedicated volunteers a charity could ask for.
