About Claire Minton
Claire\'s background in visual design and passion for healthcare access have led her to a career in service design and design research. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati, and currently works as a Senior User Experience Research Fellow at the Live Well Collaborative. She leads small, multidisciplinary teams in projects sponsored by the Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital Medical Center, with a special focus on the pediatric cancer survivorship experience. Senior User Experience Research Fellow

As a senior research fellow, I continue the project management responsibilities held in my first year of fellowship, with the additional expectation to guide first-year fellows in learning to be a project lead. I am currently contracted with Procter & Gamble in their Home Care Division, and with Cincinnati Children\'s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) in their clinical and translational research teams. This role has deepened my exposure to healthcare systems design and research, cementing my passion for equitable services in medical and community settings. Other partnerships in this role include the CCHMC Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute (CBDI), Charlie\'s Kids Foundation, HealthSource of Ohio, and the Hoxworth Blood Center.
