About Claire McIntyre
I grew up in a construction family and always loved seeing a project come \"out of the ground\". The combination of architectural engineering and construction was just a natural fit with real estate brokerage. Now, my firm can handle all real estate needs - from brokerage to a building project - we can plan it and implement the development from the ground up! My first job out of school was for a regional architecture & engineering firm. I worked on schools, hospitals, churches, office projects. Then I ventured out on my own to residential and commercial design and development. My partners and I developed office buildings and apartments and condominiums. My experience is from small residential remodel to high rise condomium buildings. Specialties: Residential, Commercial, Develpoment, Site Planning
