I am an award winning Learning and Development Professional and have over 19 years experience within Learning and Development. I have set up and managed L&D teams as well covering all aspects of the Training Cycle including proving ROI and ROE. I have designed and implemented leadership development programmes, coaching programmes, along with an array of other programmes. I have a very keen interest in evaluating learning and have created an evaluation framework and process to measure all levels of the Kirkpatrick model.
