ABOUT CLAIRE LYNCH

I’m a trainer with over 20 years’ experience in workplace wellbeing, HR, and people development. I’m passionate about helping organisations create healthier, happier teams through engaging, practical training that makes a real difference.In my role as Training Manager at RCS, I design and deliver content that empowers individuals and teams to support mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. I’m a licensed Mental Health First Aid and Youth MHFA Instructor, and I bring energy, empathy, and clarity to every session.
