CCAR Capital Planning & Stress Testing - Head of Governance • Responsible for the annual SR 15-19 assessment • Coordinates senior and legal entity management governance forums for mid and annual CCAR cycles • Execution of the Overlay Review Council: Leads remediation efforts, manages all council operations, and maintains council documentation (i.e, policy, procedures and terms of reference) • Manages 100+ stakeholders across 23 sections of the 1,800 page DB USA Capital Plan • Maintains end-to-end CCAR Governance Framework • Secretary of the CCAR Steering Council • Oversees a team to deliver supporting documentation coordination and submission to regulator (approximately 35K pages) • Manages various FRB Communications such as the annual Horizontal Capital Exam, detailed FRB feedback responses, and DFAST public disclosures
