ABOUT CLAIRE LOCKYER
An experienced Learning and Development Manager with a strong financial background, I have a proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, motivate and develop individuals at all levels to achieve outstanding results. My current role has enabled me to gain experience in developing strategy and delivering training solutions across a broad spectrum of teams from apprentices to the Chief Executive and the Board as well as managing a 500k budget and being a member of a senior leadership team. One of my greatest achievements has been to design, develop and embed a bespoke new One to One process across the organisation to replace the previous appraisal system.I am passionate about creating a sense of belonging for all colleagues and have been involved in implementing a number of development programmes aimed at supporting women to grow their confidence and potential in a male environment. I have also supported understanding and knowledge around the menopause within the workplace.
