Management of 1 person Sales Monitoring & Forecast- Weekly and Monthly follow up (Excel, PowerBi and Powerpoint reports)- Strategies to meet OTB and sales targets- Develop and refine seasonal, carry overs sales forecast liaises with historical trend and inventory flow by product, collection and region Regional collaboration- Lead and manage monthly forecast meeting with regional teams to ensure alignment with HQ forecasts and business goals- New stores opening assortment and stock allocation- MDQs (Minimum Display Quantities per store) Production deliveries follow up (permanent and seasonal products) Reorders on permanent assortment and on future seasonal best sellers- Define the monthly needs on seasonal best-selling products and carry overs according to the forecast, sell-through, stock availability, and door mapping- Work cross-functionally to support seasonal extensions, removals, and dynamic carry over product strategy adjustments- Track product lifecycle and provide reorder planning for future strategies- Maintain close collaboration with production team providing reorder planning & stock projections for long-term view and follow up delivery schedule for the optimal drop based on business opportunity Stock Monitoring- Identifying slow movers and overstock items and define strategy- Defining stock targets per region to control stock rotation Distribution- Support on daily distribution of permanent and seasonal products- Elaboration of worldwide stock adjustment strategies- Creation of tools and reports to support the decision making process for the daily activity and for the shortages/out of stock cases- Exceptional allocation to support VIC request- Autoreplenishment monitoring Cross Functional Collaboration- Buying sessions with Retail Merchandising and Regional buyers- OTB reviews and discussion- Mark Down sessions with Collection Merchandising
