About Claire L. McCracken
Experienced professional facility planner with a long career in facility programming, workplace strategy, architectural/interior design management, space programming, occupancy planning/management, building relocation/activation, and strategic planning services to support real estate portfolios. I have provided these services for both public and private sector clients covering a variety of markets, including Corporate/Commercial; Hi-Tech, Mission-Critical, Federal/DoD, Financial, K-12, Health Care, Higher Ed, Oil & Gas, Retail, and petrochemical. This experience includes project work outside of the United States in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, South America, South Pacific and Canada. I have specialty experience as a DD Form 1391 programmer for DOD projects.My passion is actively listening to the client, forming design objectives and strategies that promote business goals and employee experience, and making the next steps clear and executable.
