As Preconstruction Coordinator I support all Preconstruction activities, ensuring the efficiency, competitiveness & overall success of the Preconstruction Teams\' pursuit efforts. I am responsible for developing & maintaining relationships with Subcontractors, Estimators, Market Leaders, Division Managers & the Business Development Team to ensure coordination & timely delivery of RFPs, RFQs & Bid Packages.Responsible for- organizing & coordinating incoming RFPs & RFQs for the Preconstruction Department, ensuring timely & accurate distribution of all necessary documentation- distributing Subcontractor solicitations for pricing through BuildingConnected, tracking responses, & following up as needed to ensure timely responses & required information is received- participating in weekly Preconstruction & pursuit strategy meetings, providing updates & assisting with pursuit strategies as needed- preparing proposal packages using Adobe InDesign & Microsoft Office, ensuring all materials are professionally formatted & tailored to Client requirements- planning & facilitating Subcontractor meet & greets to ensure strong collaboration & communication- collaborating with the Marketing Department to support event coordination, attend conferences & tradeshows, & assist in the creation of marketing materials & other documents required for proposal packages- maintaining organized project files, documentation, & tracking logs for Preconstruction activities- facilitating communication among internal teams, Clients, & Subcontractors to ensure alignment & timely resolution of questions or issues during the Preconstruction Phase- identifying opportunities for process improvement within Preconstruction workflows & recommend strategic solutions to enhance efficiency & competitiveness- assisting in the development & implementation of strategic initiatives that support the Preconstruction Department’s long-term goals & business growth objectives.
