ABOUT CLAIRE JOLLY
I am Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a partner in Deloitte Forensic. I am lucky enough to work with a great range of clients facing a wide variety of challenges, primarily focused on formal dispute proceedings. The majority of my work relates to litigation, expert determination or arbitration across a range of industries and subject matters. During 17 years as a forensic accountant, I have gained particular experience helping clients with transaction related disputes, including both advising clients and acting as an expert determiner and W&I claims.I particularly enjoy working alongside clients and their legal advisers to come to sensible, commercial solutions to issues, as well as more formal litigation matters. I focus on the technology, media and telecommunications industries, but can turn my hand to many more including financial services, consumer business, industrial products and leisure. I joined Deloitte, straight from Oxford University where I studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics, in 2001. I worked as an auditor for three years before finding my interest in forensic accounting. More recently, I have mostly specialised in disputes. During my time at Deloitte I have worked with clients as diverse as large financial services organisations and entrepreneurs. The variety is what keeps it exciting and gets me up and to my desk in the morning.
