I am a hard-working, extremely motivated individual who understands that building relationships is what really matters. I have worked in the design/construction/project management field for approximately 35 years and have been involved in many interior build-outs as well as ground up construction projects. I have also worked as an Asset Manager and have handled real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, and I have extensive due diligence experience. I\'ve worn the hat of property manager during my career as well, and managed over 100 properties at one time. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design, and for many years worked as an in-house commercial Interior Designer. Space planning is one of my strengths, as well as furniture, finish, and equipment specifications. My goal is to grow in my knowledge and enhance my professional strengths. I love meeting all types of people and pride myself on building strong and lasting relationships. To me, that is the backbone of a successful career!
