IT System Ownership of all Finance systems in use in the UK and Ireland.Manage relationships with external and internal (Global) system providers and technical support teams. Monitor and report on the performance of IT Finance Systems.Develop strong collaborative relationships with Finance systems Business Owners, the wider Finance Leadership team, and Finance process owners. Influence and manage the Finance technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with Finance functional processes and strategic business needs.Support and influence Global initiatives in relation to Group managed systems, representing the needs of the UK IT and Finance functions and maintaining strong working relationships with Global colleagues.Act as a bridge between Finance, Internal IT Teams, IT suppliers, and other key stakeholder groups.Support the IT Demand and Delivery process to govern, prioritize and track change requests, ensuring efforts are focused in alignment with Finance strategy and stakeholder objectives.From a technical perspective, lead SME for the implementation of new finance solutions and enhancement of existing solutions, including when finance processes flow through and integrate with other functional systems.Coordinate Test and Release management processes.Lead, support, and develop the IT Finance Systems team, with two direct reports and five team members in total.Provide technical end-user support and act as the escalation point for Finance end users.Carry out system administration and configuration activities as needed in including set up of finance reporting data structures.Management of interfaces between systems.Ensure appropriate governance of access to finance systems and data in line with GDPR requirements and Global and Local ISS IT Security Policies and Standards. Ensure robust IT General Controls are in place and policies, standards and processes are documented, maintained and operated effectively.Support Internal and External Audits.
