I haven taken on a role within Bidvest 3663 to really enhance the sales and customer base in this strong seasonal area. My main focus will be looking after and growing key accounts such as large holiday resorts, hotels and hospitals. The aim is to inspire business owners, chefs and their staff to explore new food ideas and trends which are coming from all across the world. This in turn will benefit their business by attracting more custom and higher overall GP.
