   Responsible for identifying target product formulations, prototype development, on-site commercialization at the manufacturing site, and preparation of all technical documentation- Largely contribute to the approval, launch, and scale-up of several preservative free and minimal ingredient products through stage gate processes including various plant trials to match customer expectation, technical document preparation and specification development, employee training, gas flush implementation, cooling studies and shelf-life studies- Use ESHA Genesis to develop nutritional information and ensure appropriate label declarations- Responsible for executing, preparing samples, and interpreting results for small-scale sensory evaluations- Develop, complete and update external customer specifications, new product information and internal specifications and technical data sheets- Responsible for the complete analysis and report of Finished Products after plant test is completed- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Production, Sales, QA, Procurement other departments to guarantee successful project execution.
