Responsible for oversight of the community\'s recruiting efforts, including ensuring the accuracy of job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), sourcing/screening candidates, and organizing hiring events. • Manage full cycle recruitment and onboarding process for new hires and effectively communicate the progress with the appropriate hiring managers• Review employee timecards for bi-weekly payroll and enter Paid Time Off (PTO) requests into the time and attendance management system, as needed• Provide support to department managers on the use of Lawson, Kronos, iCIMs, and onboarding applications• Conduct post-offer screenings, including but not limited to background checks, drug screening, fingerprinting, professional license verifications, and employment eligibility verifications (Form I-9).• Serve as the community’s benefits designee for educating employees enrolling in benefits and answering basic benefit questions. Ensures all eligible employees enroll in a timely manner• Support the Regional HR Director with scanning and/or processing disciplinary and separation paperwork, as needed• Assists department managers with the leave of absence process, as needed. • Coordinate and assist with annual open enrollment meetings and team member events (ex: Service Awards, Team Member Appreciation Week, Wellness Fair, Etc.)• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and colleges to ensure the community is linked to talent pipelines aligned with our organization\'s focus. • Manage the scanning of documents to team members\' electronic files to ensure compliance.
