ABOUT CLAIRE HAZEL TURNER
I am a third-year Strategic Communications major at Elon University, with a strong interest in Public Relations and Advertising. My passion for communications peaked during my freshman year in my COM Communications in a Global Age course, where I gained a deeper understanding of media, advertising, and their role in shaping public perception. I am originally from Reston, Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C, I’ve been fortunate to grow up in an area rich in cultural diversity and political influence, which has shaped my desire to pursue a career in communications. I look forward to applying my academic experiences and exposure to global perspectives in a professional setting, and I hope to eventually live and work in Boston, New York, or back to Washington D.C. after graduation.
