Key Achievements • The transition of the HR function and payroll into the DHL Global Match (UK) business, with the phase out of an SLA agreement with DHL International (Express). • Supporting and aligning a start-up project, for a new site in Belgium • Supporting a complex compliance issue (via the Whistle Blowing route) resulting in a project business turnaround for the Senior Management Team, and leading a re-structure for business, with a saving of Redundancy costs by transferring colleagues elsewhere within the DHL Business. October 2021 – Present o For a head count of 220, building, organising and developing the HR function and processes to deliver on set objectives and people related activities in all key area\'s: Employee relations, Comp & Bens, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement and Recruitment. o Aligning the HR function with the overall DPDHL HR Strategy and Plans o Driving transformation and change of HR function to maximise the capability of people at all levels of the organisation to ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance Anticipate, identify and resolving risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR strategy. o Negotiate critical agreements/contracts with all other departments and 3rd parties. o Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across DPDHL and partner organisations o Working as a team in a generalist role covering all aspects of the HR function.
