Consortium Coordinator of the Library Bridges project, a multi-country European project (1.7 million), led by BSF and co-financed by the European Union. 7 partner organizations in France, Romania, Poland, Latvia, Italy and Netherlands working on creating local partnerships and equipping libraries with tools and strategies to support the integration and the inclusion of third country nationals. I love solving problems, interviewing actors to understand their motivations, and supporting people developing their skills.
