ABOUT CLAIRE G.

Currently a standalone HR business partner within eurochange I am responsible for partnering 4 Divisional managers nationwide. The key function of my role is to create and deliver the people plan alongside key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the employee lifecycle were included, updated and measured; from recruitment to succession planning and strategic planning around business expansion and growth. The structure of the business was such that I engaged and worked with not only the Divisional manager but the Retail director and MD.My key accomplishments during this time have been:* To project manage and successfully launch our new mission, vision and values, that aligns with a new appraisal and review programme * To develop and launch a new leadership development programme for all levels of the business * To assess and transform the recruitment processes * Introduced an employee forum * Development and introduction of both long service and recognition schemes * Development of key management skills training including ER, Performance management, coaching and quality recruitment sessions for managers and senior leaders * Development and introduction of a new framework around behaviours* Introduction of apprenticeship programme I form relationships quickly in order to build trust and thoroughly enjoy working in a multi-site capacity where everyday can be different. I can work both proactively and reactively where required and take great pride in my ability to be agile to business needs and re-prioritise/re-focus according to the current situation at any given moment.
