ABOUT CLAIRE FREEMAN

I measure my success as a leader of change by how well the people I work with succeed.As an experienced change leader, with over 25 years in the Public Sector, I have a track record of developing innovative solutions that challenge traditional models of service delivery. This has contributed to several million pounds of savings and improved delivery, across a diverse range of public services; whilst leaving crucial services in place.Using novel tools and creative workshops, I aim to unlock the potential of people and teams by adapting my approach to change to suit the culture of the organisation. This enables improved customer experience and a more resilient, motivated workforce. I get particular reward from coaching and mentoring people across all levels of an organisation, to embrace change and to take it forward.I firmly believe that work should be fun and and that a bit of humour helps to quickly build good relationships within teams. I am known to be very calm and focused, with a particular skill for dealing with more challenging stakeholders and removing barriers to change. Using these skills, I am able to maximize the performance of teams and ensure projects are successfully delivered on time.My vision is to work alongside the business, to foster a culture of continuous improvement, leaving a legacy of new change skills, excellent work and good relationships behind me.
