The impact goes far beyond the geographical scope and lots of our deliverables being leveraged at a global level- Overlooking Oncology Diagnostics beyond tissue based conventional technologies, with a solution based approach along the cancer patient journey, across technologies and business areas (immunoassays, Anatomical Pathology, Molecular and Sequencing testing, data management and decision support) along the cancer patient journey, including services like Healthcare Consulting- Broad customer facing role (advisory boards, workshops, webinars, F2F and online training, talks.) on biomarkers in Oncology, for Roche and non Roche developed new therapies- Solid expertise and understanding of the current market trends in Oncology and Oncology Diagnostics: clinical trials (rationale and biomarker strategies), identification of unmet customers’ & patients‘ needs informing the development and portfolio management- Supporting Healthcare Transformation: digitalization, artificial intelligence, innovative business models, outcome based approaches and Value Based HealthCare- Advisor for Parma partnerships and go to market strategies for new biomarkers along their matching therapy- Fostering team work and cross country cooperation beyond geographical focus, with a customer and patient centric mindset.
