Outside of work I have a passion for travel, travelling to as many countries as is possible in this life we have. My golden-doodle, Dottie, keeps me active as do my grandchildren, to date 4 granddaughters. I have 30-years experience in business, from Logistics to Property. Leading teams and kicking micro-management out of the park, in my experience it doesn\'t work.
