I have over 28 years of experience working within and supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry leading global teams across sectors with a specialism for project and implementation management. Additionally I have experience working within a software vendor for Regulatory Information Management supporting clients in their implementation of new systems providing guidance on business process and system functionality. I have extensive line and functional management experience building, leading and motivating direct reports and project teams to successful deliveries. I am also experienced in computer validation throughout the full project lifecycle. Currently accountable for the assessment, improvement and management of risk related to the acquisition and maintenance of regulatory records. Closely liaises with customers and partners to drive improvements, manage risk and support audit related activity. Accountable for overseeing CAPAs and remediation activity resulting from audits or assessments of regulatory systems. Working closely with those accountable for completing remedial activity. Shares and implements best practice in alignment with counterparts in Consumer Health and Vaccines.
