Claire also leads L.E.K.\'s Consumer Analytics offering, where she focuses on analyzing Big Data to unpick insights, trends and improvement strategies for ecommerce and digitally native DTC businesses around the topics of customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition costs (CAC).She moved to the US in 2016 to help found and build the PwC US Deals Strategy team which grew to ~180 consultants within three years.Claire received her Master of Engineering and first class Batchers degree in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Cambridge, England.
