I currently work as a Learning Specialist for Reading in Preschool (The Alexander Method), a private educational company based out of New York City and Los Angeles. I provide 1:1 academic instruction in reading and mathematics to children ages two - twelve. Before entering the tutoring industry, I was a special education teacher, where I worked closely with elementary age students in a small class setting. I provided educational support in all subject areas for students with special needs. In addition, I worked as a legal recruiting specialist and have demonstrated experience in the legal industry. I supported firm-wide lateral associate, off partnership-track attorney and non-attorney technical recruiting. I managed all aspects of law student and lateral recruitment for the Northeast region of the U.S. for a global law firm. I received a Master of Education (M.Ed.) focused in Behavior Disorders from City University of New York-Hunter College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) focused in Psychology and Special Education from Marist College.
