I’ve finally got round to updating my profile. To return to my role in packaged foods after a years secondment in the human rights team, armed with a shed load more understanding of the impact small and big decisions can have on workers in the supply chain. I am grateful for what I learnt, the importance of due diligence, governance & purchasing practices. It was great to learn new skills, so I would encourage anyone to take a step outside of what they know and experience something new, no matter how scary that might feel.
