I’m an award-winning education leader and social entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience supporting vulnerable and marginalised young people across the UK.As Founder and CEO of Employability Solutions, a nationally recognised social enterprise, I lead innovative alternative education programmes rooted in inclusion, wellbeing, and impact.
