Leading the UK charity Open Arms Malawi. Mixing communications and fundraising to build and engage with a community of supporters from around the globe. Linking this support to our partner NGO in Malawi who create better futures for disadvantaged children and their families.I lead a team of staff and volunteers to raise awareness and support through partnerships and supporter engagement programmes. I manage strategic partnerships and lead the communications strategy across all media. Reporting to the board of trustees I create and implement our fundraising strategy and report back on how this delivers our charitable objectives.
