Senior Regional Fundraiser @Kids

KIDS Yorkshire, which also includes services in Wakefield, has been working with disabled children and their families in Hull since 1988. Every year our work makes a major difference to many people\'s lives, with a range of services that enables hundreds of children to participate fully in leisure activites, access appropriate education and achieve greater independence whilst giving their parents respite, guidance and support. These opportunities to work and play are delivered free to families, so they only remain possible with the kind support of local people. My role is to implement a programme of fundraising including applications to charitable trusts, building corporate support, sponsorship and establishing new fundraising opportunities. My role is to effectively promote KIDS, its ethos and services thoughout the area through the media, business partnerships and social media ensuring that the necessary fundraising targets are achieved to allow some of our vital services to continue and expand. I constantly look at researching, developing and implementing new fundraising activities.
