I\'m Claire, a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) who genuinely loves turning customer insight into real action — and helping build cultures where customer voices actually influence decisions.I’m currently honoured to be CX Leader of the Year at the International Customer Experience Awards, recognising my work leading Aegon’s award‑winning Connecting with Customers (CWC) programme.
