An experienced Finance and Senior appointments recruiter with over 26 years’ experience. • I enjoy what I do and take a genuine interest in people, developing longstanding networks and relationships with my clients. I have always taken a professional and honest approach to each individual recruitment assignment, through to more involved larger scale recruitment campaigns.• Passionate about finding the right role for a person as much as the right person for the role, which isn\'t always the same thing. Adding value to the process by helping people overcome internal barriers, training in interview techniques, and identifying the difference between a need and a want from both a candidate and client perspective.• An effective communicator, competent at bringing all stakeholders in the recruitment process together smoothly and efficiently, whilst tackling any obstructions or barriers along the way face on. I continue to network and communicate with both clients and candidates throughout.• Experienced at motivating and developing staff, building teams, and divisions. I have operated as both a strategic and operational director, enabling growth and improving profitability. Always looking at new technology and trends in the recruitment market to drive innovation and try new things. • Strong CSR values and proactively use my recruitment background to put something back and help the next generation onto their career ladderExecutive Search, CFO, Finance Director, Director of Resources, Director of Corporate Services. ABOUT CLAIRE BAYMAN
Who am I? I am a Recruitment Consultant, Business Owner, Seller of Souls – only kidding, just checking if you are reading this… In a nutshell, I help People to find the right role and culture to fit their needs for now and the future, and I find People for Organisations that will fit well, add value and flourish. Now don’t get me wrong, there is always a small number of occasions where things don’t pan out as expected, but that’s because no one can predict the future, and people on both sides of the recruitment table can evolve and change throughout the process. My job as I see it is to honestly and transparently ensure that the communication stays constant, and enable the process to progress to a positive outcome. If that is what you are after in a Recruiter, then give me a call (07•••••••39). If you want me to purely CV match and race to the bottom then, whilst I am perfectly capable of doing that, I don’t think I am for you.Personal round-up; Married. 1 dog (Noodle) & 1 cat (Ninja). I walk 2 hours a day before I start work. I like wine, speak fluent French and I had a misspent youth. The way to my heart is through cheese, I am the Chair of Rochdale’s French Exchange group (The Friends of Tourcoing) which comes with a Chain of Office and everything! I’m the Secretary on various committees for local community groups, but everything stops for Pilates on Wednesday at 5.30 pm. I support the next generation as an Enterprise Advisor for a School in a deprived area of Manchester and I grow my own veg (which my street love, as I grow way too much). If you want to contact me, you can call me on 07•••••••39 or email me at c••••••••@basrecruitment.com, I look forward to hearing from you.
