ABOUT CLAIRE ANTROBUS
I enable people to creative positive change and fulfil their potential through my work as a coach, facilitator, trainer, mentor and arts consultant. Based in York I work across the UK, mainly in the creative and cultural sectors but also with charities, universities, local authorities, schools. I’m also highly experienced in virtual working and having been facilitating and coaching online for a decade. Current and recent clients include organisations of all scales from artist and community-led organisations through to local authorities, national institutions, funders and many of the UK’s leading galleries and museums. A strong collaborative ethos underpins all my work; supporting individual and organisations to clarify and achieve their goals, leading to solutions and approaches that are tailored to each client, thereby creating ownership and long-term change. Four core values underpin all my work: Care – commitment to making a difference; always working to the highest standards Trust – believing in and supporting others to achieve their potential; always being reliable and honest Challenge – creating positive change and tackling inequalities; embracing new ways of working and taking risks to stretch myself and others Curiosity – valuing and seeking to understand different perspectives; always learning.
